The TEM is the central platform for managing your event data and enables you to plan your events with the integrated Gantt Chart: plan the milestones of your events, define responsibilities and deadlines, and view the progress of your milestones.
Clear & Simple – The Event Calendar
Create Events. Check the capacity of your events at a glance – by making use of the Traffic Light Color Scheme. Drag & Drop events. Change the number of participants. Add a trainer/host to your event, etc.

Automation & Innovative Functions
During the time between the registration and the execution of the event, automatisms and innovative functions facilitate your daily work. For example, automatic room finding, automatic hotel finding or automatic sending of invitation and cancellation e-mails, etc.
Also with the booking of participants and the management of the external service providers the TEM provides you with the necessary transparency and the necessary overview over all of your booking data: minimum number of participants, maximum number of participants, participant checks on existing participation requirements, temporary overlaps, etc.
Hotel & Quotas Management
Now you have booked the participants for your event, but where should they stay? With the integrated hotel management module, you have the possibility to find the right hotel room for each participant: retrieving the cheapest room rates, managing room bookings, maintaining room quotas and special conditions, shuttle service, special wishes, etc.
